Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–5 days in metro
cities and 5–8 days in other locations, depending on courier availability.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once your order is placed, crystals are quality checked, energetically prepared, securely
packed, and then dispatched. Tracking details are shared so you can monitor your shipment.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, an invoice is automatically shared via email after your order confirmation and payment
completion.

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?
Payment is deducted immediately after checkout confirmation. Orders are processed only
once payment is successfully received.

an unboxing video or images. Our team will assist with replacement or resolution.
