Returns accepted only if
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive the wrong product
To raise a return request
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order number
- Provide a clear unboxing video and photos
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to approve the claim.
Items not eligible for return
- Change of mind after delivery
- Slight variations in colour, shape or texture, as crystals are naturally unique
- Used or worn items
Refund process
If your return is approved:
- A replacement will be shipped, or
- A refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days
